Exploring New Microelectronics Technology and Devices for Innovative Applications
Located on the Aix-Marseille-Provence campus, the Centre of Microelectronics in Provence (CMP) is a hub of excellence in research, training, and innovation in the fields of microelectronics, bioelectronics, and embedded systems. The CMP organizes its activities around four scientific departments and two research units, in close collaboration with industry. It relies on cutting-edge technological platforms and an ecosystem conducive to innovation to train the engineers and researchers of tomorrow.

Center Members
Under the direction of Dominique Feillet, the Centre of Microelectronics in Provence relies on a multidisciplinary team that constitutes an essential pillar for research, training, and technology transfer activities.
- 38 permanent staff: 22 faculty researchers, 5 CEA staff, and 11 administrative and technical personnel.
- 57 doctoral and postdoctoral students, actively contributing to innovative research projects conducted by the center.
