The FUSION programme is designed to offer a coherent 4-year progression, blending science, management, and innovation.
The curriculum alternates between engineering, management, innovation education, and corporate immersion.

1st Year – Scientific Fundamentals and Opening
- Campus: Saint-Étienne (1 day/week in Lyon).
- Key Courses:
- ICM Core Curriculum (15 + 24 ECTS)
- Online Basics: Finance (2 ECTS), HRM (2 ECTS)
- Applied Social Sciences Research Project (4 ECTS)
- Business Creation Project (4 ECTS)
- Operator Internship: 4 weeks (7 ECTS).
- Objective: Master scientific fundamentals and discover industrial reality; initiation to research and entrepreneurship.
2nd Year – Internationalization and Managerial Immersion
- Campus: Lyon (emlyon) + 1 day/week in Saint-Étienne.

- International Professional Experience (5 months – 15 ECTS): M1 internship of the Grande École Programme.
- Global Perspective of Accounting; Organizational Behavior; Strategic Management; Prototype (13 ECTS).

3rd Year – Industrial Projects and Advanced Engineering

- emlyon Final Thesis (10 ECTS).
- Professional Grand Oral (EMSE) or 4P Defense (emlyon).
- Objective: Conclude the training with a responsible experience and formalize strategic thinking in a thesis.
