• CTI (Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur) for Mines Saint-Étienne,

Furthermore, the emlyon Grande École Programme benefits from the triple international accreditation EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA, a guarantee of globally recognized excellence.

The ICM degree trains research engineers or engineer-entrepreneurs, experts in technical and scientific fields.
The FUSION programme, however, takes it a step further: it adds a managerial and strategic skill set through courses from emlyon business school.

The FUSION cycle is a four-year dual degree jointly designed by Mines Saint-Étienne and emlyon business school.
It combines the scientific rigor of an engineering school with the strategic vision of a business school to train engineer-managers capable of innovating, undertaking, and leading organizational transformation.

The programme is bilingual:

Selection is carried out jointly by both schools.

Recruitment is open to:

• 25 students from Mines Saint-Étienne, admitted via the Concours Commun Mines-Ponts (24 places) or the GEIUNIV procedure (1 place),
• and 25 students from emlyon business school, from economic preparatory classes or parallel admissions.

Selection is based on application and interview, according to motivation, the coherence of the professional project, and the ability to thrive in an interdisciplinary environment.

🎓 Dual legitimacy:

• Ingénieur Civil des Mines from Saint-Étienne,
• Master of Science in Engineering in Management from emlyon, accredited EQUIS / AACSB / AMBA.

The curriculum includes three professional experiences:

1. Operator Internship (4 weeks, 1st year – Mines Saint-Étienne),
2. Applied Internship (10–12 weeks, 2nd year – Mines Saint-Étienne),
3. Final Internship (6 months, 4th year – emlyon business school).

Internships can take place in France or abroad and are a cornerstone of the “learning by doing” pedagogy.
