The Embedded Electronic Systems Engineering (ISEE) program is based on a work-study model designed to immerse engineering students in the heart of technological projects: embedded systems, electronics, real-time software, IoT, connected solutions, prototypes, test benches, and more.
Long periods in the company allow students to fully integrate into teams, contribute to complex projects, and gradually develop their skills.
A professional and progressive work-study rhythm
The curriculum alternates long periods at school and in the company, allowing for:
- rapid integration into R&D teams, design offices, or innovation departments,
- participation in concrete technical projects (electronic boards, firmware, system architecture, etc.),
- the progressive assumption of technical and organizational responsibilities,
- an understanding of real industrial environments: physical constraints, standards, safety, and cybersecurity.
This rhythm allows students to evolve from the status of a learner to that of an essential technical contributor.
An ecosystem dedicated to your success
Success in the work-study program relies on three complementary partners: Mines Saint-Étienne, ISTP, and your company.
