A programme designed to reconcile academics and professional activity

The BADGE “Management and Project Management” is intended for active employees.
The pace and content are therefore specifically designed to allow for solid skill development without interrupting professional activity.

Duration of Academics

  • 12 months of work-study academics
  • Start of Academics: March

Pace Organization

  • 21 in-person academics days
    → divided into 7 sessions of 3 days
  • 246 hours of academics, including 48 hours remote
  • Work-study between:
    • theoretical input
    • simulations
    • experience sharing
    • individual and group work

This structure facilitates the immediate integration of new skills into daily professional life.

The pedagogical programme

The BADGE pathway is structured around 4 major skill blocks, designed to support the evolution towards an operational manager role.

1. Understand and Deploy Strategy

  • Mastering company strategy
  • Analysis of challenges and operational objectives
  • Definition of a clear and realistic roadmap
  • Implementation of monitoring and performance indicators

2. Manage and Optimize an Activity

  • Operational process management
  • Management of industrial or service performance
  • Problem solving and continuous improvement
  • Risk analysis, planning, and prioritization

3. Structure and Lead a Project

  • Project management methods
  • Leading an improvement or activity creation project
  • Stakeholder analysis
  • Management of scheduling, resources, and risks
  • Presentation of results and project communication

4. Lead and Develop Your Team

  • Managerial communication
  • Managerial stance
  • Conflict management, motivation, and engagement
  • Employee support
  • Skill development and delegation

A pedagogy focused on professional situations

The academics are based on real situations experienced by participants:

  • case studies drawn from the company,
  • analyses of professional situations,
  • practical workshops,
  • educational games,
  • group experience sharing.

This approach enables:

  • direct application of acquired skills,
  • gradual building of confidence,
  • a genuine development of critical distance.
