The validation of the BADGE ‘Management and Project Management’ is based on several types of complementary assessments. These assessments evaluate the participant’s progress, mastery of tools and methods, and practical application in their professional activity.

The Different Assessment Methods

In-company Assessments

These assessments are conducted directly within the employee’s role. They measure the application of managerial and operational skills in real-life situations.

Individual and Group Projects

During the training, participants work on concrete projects related to their activity or a company issue.
These projects aim to apply the methods learned in training and to structure an improvement or management approach.

Pedagogical Games

Simulations are integrated into the in-person sessions. They help develop communication, decision-making, team coordination, and problem-solving in a secure environment.

Take-home Assignments

Individual assignments are completed between sessions to deepen the topics covered, reinforce learning, and prepare for subsequent activities.

Professional Report

Each participant writes a report focusing on an issue or project related to their professional activity.
This report emphasizes critical thinking, analysis, and the concrete contributions of the training to management practice.

Final Defense

The program concludes with a defense before a jury.
It assesses the understanding of challenges, the ability to structure an approach, and the managerial posture acquired during the year.

🎓 BADGE Validation

Certification is obtained after validation of:

  • the professional report,
  • the defense,
  • projects and assessments,
  • skills applied in the workplace.

The BADGE awarded is from the Conférence des Grandes Écoles, a guarantee of excellence and employability.
