Three startups were honored at the Loire / Haute-Loire Innovation Victories ceremony organized by Le Progrès and its partners on December 10: the Digital Innovation Award was presented to U.R.B.S., the Jury’s Favorite Award to Opti’Waves, and the Health Award to Life Medical Control.
For three years, this ceremony has been recognizing innovative and creative projects in various fields: digital technology, industry, health, design, sustainable development… Among this year’s eight laureates, three originate from or are supported by the school.
U.R.B.S. received the Digital Victory, presented by the Loire Department
The President of the Department, Georges Ziegler, presented this trophy to URBS (Urban Retrofit Business Services), a spin-off of Mines Saint-Étienne co-founded by Maximilien Brossard and Jonathan Villot. They developed the Imope solution, which allows for the control and management of residential housing, as well as the enhancement of built heritage and the massification of energy renovation.
