The Nuclear Engineering Engineer (IGN) programme is based on an innovative apprenticeship model, designed to enable gradual immersion at the heart of nuclear facilities and major industrial projects.

The schedule, assignments and support are designed to ensure steady skills development aligned with the sector’s requirements.

A progressive, career-focused apprenticeship schedule

The programme is organised into extended periods in the company and at the school, enabling:

  • rapid integration into teams,
  • taking on responsibilities for real-world challenges,
  • participation in demanding technical projects,
  • gradual mastery of nuclear-specific standards and methods.

This alternating structure strengthens autonomy, rigour and adaptability—essential qualities in the nuclear field.
