The “Co-Creative Decision-Makers for 5.0 Organizations” is an ambitious programme, spanning three years (2024-2026), launched to address the training needs of future industry and healthcare managers.
This project brings together about fifteen academic and industrial partners. It is based on the deployment of collaborative networks for digital innovation in six European Union countries and on the creation of a certification designed to train professionals and students in the 5.0 field.
In France, led by the Centre for Biomedical and Healthcare Engineering (CIS) of Mines Saint-Étienne, the project relies on collaboration with the AESIO Santé group (represented by Guillaume Gardin, Director of Innovation, Research & Development) and on the expertise of Campus des Talents (directed by Annette BELLET). It also receives support from the HR, IT, and health, medico-social, goods & services sectors of the mutual group. Furthermore, the French association RECONNAITRE, specializing in the development and recognition of professional skills, strengthens the consortium.
Coordinated by Institut Mines-Télécom and with a budget of €1.8 million, CoDEMO 5.0 is led by Xavier Boucher, professor at Mines Saint-Étienne, Centre for Biomedical and Healthcare Engineering, in close collaboration with Nathalie Douard, Head of Training at CIS, and Raksmey Phan, Head of MedTechLab.
The “Co-Creative Decision-Makers for 5.0 Organizations” aims for several objectives:
- Stimulate socio-economic collaborations on 5.0 innovations by creating 6 national innovation networks and physical/virtual infrastructures for 5.0 value co-creation projects through the production of 24 5.0 innovation projects, developed collaboratively with the support of research teams.
- Create and deploy a unique certification for 5.0 innovation decision-makers, recognized by a certified European badge.
- Create, in the long term, an open and active international community on 5.0 value co-creation (more than 600 members, with 15 national/international dissemination events), supported by an innovative electronic platform.
- Promote greater professionalization through a cutting-edge learning method with blended training (in-person/distance) and practical learning situations that catalyze the emergence of skills and aptitudes in learners.
Partners were hosted for two days at CIS and MedTechLab last October. Analysis of business needs and indicators, definition of training methods and programmes, development of the six collaborative networks, establishment of the steering committee—many organizational points were on the agenda for these busy days, punctuated by friendly exchanges.
The CoDEMO 5.0 programme is supported by Erasmus.
