The start-up is developing an innovative technology of light-emitting diodes based on organic semiconductors using patented OLED technology: it relies for its R&D development within Team@Mines Saint-Étienne on the expertise of the MicroPacks team and the Centre of Microelectronics in Provence (Flexible Electronics department).

TECMOLED continues its R&D development to industrialize and commercialize flexible and innovative OLEDs, manufactured reliably and economically for the automotive lighting market, the military industry, and the medical market.

An innovative flexible OLED light source technology: supported by TEAM@Mines Saint-Étienne, it is among the startups selected by IMT for the Vivatech 2019 exhibition.

The TECMOLED project team works with Micro-packS hosted on the G. Charpak Provence campus and with the Flexible Electronics department (FEL) of CMP:

Sébastien Sanaur, faculty researcher at the FEL dept., is the lead on this project. The first OLED was recently produced using the organic electronics technological resources developed at CMP.

The start-up has just joined our partner IMPULSE for the incubation phase and now has the support of DAP (Provence seed funding program).
