Led by Mines Saint-Étienne and UIMM Loire, this project requires contributions from industrial partners to fund the researchers who will be involved. The presentation of the SaniFAM Health Efficiency Chair will take place on February 15, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Health Innovations Campus, Centre for Biomedical and Healthcare Engineering.

“Reducing the risks associated with powder toxicity is becoming a major challenge requiring industrially and economically viable prevention solutions”: SaniFAM aims to quantify the danger and exposure to emissions generated by metal additive manufacturing machines.

The chair will conduct high-level research and contribute to the emergence and dissemination of innovative knowledge in strategic industrial fields, as well as to the development of technical and technological innovations for individual and collective protection.

Come and discover the objectives and ambition of this chair led by Mines Saint-Étienne (BioPi dept) and UIMM Loire, supported by the Mines-Télécom Foundation, on Friday, February 15 at 8:30 AM at the CIS premises.

A discussion session will be specifically reserved for practical aspects, advantages, and benefits for contributors, in the presence of scientists, legal experts, and industrial partners.
