Official Launch of Data Genius
Taha Zemmouri and Mikael Lautret-Staub, two recent ICM engineers (Class of 2013), have just created DataGenius, a company specializing in data analysis and data science. Its objective is to support companies in better leveraging and exploiting their data.
The official launch, in partnership with the MEP junior enterprise, took place at the School on December 15 in the presence of faculty researchers, engineering students, and representatives from regional companies.

The Eshell Team Awarded 2nd Prize in the ThalesArduino Challenge
Congratulations to Thomas Jakowleff, Simon Breumier, Axel Vincent, and Baptiste Monpezat, ICM students: their innovative project “An Anti-Drone Shield” was among the 5 finalists of the ThalesArduino national competition (out of 286 total entries). The final took place on December 15: they won 2nd prize.
The idea is to design an electronic system capable of detecting a drone intrusion within a perimeter and taking control of it in order to land it in a secure area.
They developed their project on an Arduino board and a Raspberry Pi.
