The start-up has joined our TEAM@Mines Saint-Étienne scheme and the G. Charpak Provence Campus to develop a physiological activity sensor, a monitoring device for tracking interactions between the rider and horse.
Following its participation in CES 2019 earlier this year, a hosting agreement was signed with the Bioelectronics department of the G. Charpak Provence Campus.
Movin Smart, which was initially incubated within IMPULSE and received support from SATT Sud Est in the form of a maturation programme, is developing technology that offers a comprehensive dashboard of rider/horse interactions, providing real-time processing and feedback based on two sensors. The objective of these innovative technologies is to monitor physical, biomechanical, and physiological parameters in real time to improve performance while respecting the horse’s health and well-being.
The marketing of the first product, the MS100 in the form of the START Pack, began this spring. All information is available on the company’s website (www.movinsmart.com)
The R&D component for the finalisation of these developments has relied on the expertise of the Bioelectronics department since late 2017: a hosting agreement now formalises this collaboration.
The start-up is being supported at the G. Charpak Provence campus for the production of the first next-generation sensor prototypes.
Selected from among the start-ups of the IMT schools, Movin’Smart presented its embedded technology (sensors/dashboard/session report) during CES Las Vegas 2019.
More recently, it participated in the Grand Parquet / International Endurance Competition in Fontainebleau (Equi-bride partner stand).
These days were conducive to exchanges and networking to market its solution. A fundraising campaign is currently being prepared with the AYOMI platform.
