This Advanced Master’s program, accredited by the AXELERA Chemistry and Environment competitiveness cluster, is designed to meet a clearly identified demand for expertise in the management and treatment of polluted sites and soils (SSP). How? By providing the tools to solve any problem or challenge related to the treatment of this constantly evolving sector. Its scope of activity covers everything from support, guidance, and economic development of a site to be rehabilitated to the validation of studies and project monitoring, from the upstream to downstream phases, including participation in feedback and lessons learned.

Expert in Energy Efficiency for Building Renovation

For nearly 10 years, Mines Saint-Étienne, through the Henri Fayol Institute (a training and research center), has been supporting building industry stakeholders with this Advanced Master’s program.

As the only five-year post-secondary program specifically targeting historic buildings, Mines Saint-Étienne has developed educational innovations to address all issues related to older structures (sociological, technical, economic, etc.) to steer them toward energy performance. Thus, through 450 hours of training, you will combine theoretical input, real-life scenarios, and discussions with experienced building professionals.
