Nearly 40 ICM engineering students will attend the 10th edition of the Challenge of the World of Grandes Écoles and Universities, on Saturday, June 9 at Stade Charléty in Paris: “a major careers fair, disability awareness, and above all fun and sport all day long!”
During this event, there will in particular be a recruitment fair with the participation of globally renowned companies and market leaders such as Atos, Bureau Veritas, Generali, Groupe RATP, Alten, etc. This will be an opportunity for some to find an internship or simply submit a CV. Several talks such as “How to choose your first job” and round-table discussions will be organised by partner companies.
Several ICM students who are members of the organising association for the Forum Perspectives will invite companies to take part in the event on 13 November 2018 in Lyon.
A day dedicated to disability awareness : the companies present are disability-friendly. Tremplin – Studies, Disability, Companies – a partner of the Challenge – will help students with disabilities prepare to meet companies and present their career plans.
All members of the HandiMines student association will be present in Paris. Let us recall that 10 ICM students are now certified as “handi-managers”!
Mines Saint-Étienne will therefore be well represented at this event, with nearly 40 students ensuring visibility for their school, where the best French Grandes Écoles and universities are brought together. This original day offers, in a friendly atmosphere, numerous activities: sport, mascots, marching bands, pompom competitions, etc.
“It will also be an opportunity to promote gender equality, with a men’s and a women’s football team and a mixed basketball team, in which 25% of the team will be made up of girls, as at the school.”
