In the heart of Saint-Étienne, the Le NEOZ Residence offers new housing for young professionals under 30.

These accommodations will be able to host future students of the Preparatory and Degree-Granting Program in Health Engineering starting from the 2026/2027 academic year. This is the objective of the partnership signed between our School and Habitat & Métropole, which offers adapted, accessible, and quality housing solutions.

For Mines Saint-Étienne, training the talents of tomorrow also means considering their living environment, and this partnership illustrates our commitment to converging education, living environment, and regional attractiveness.

Located at 4 Place Sainte-Barbe, the residence will hold an Open Day on February 26. On February 25, Laurent Navarro, head of the PDIS track, will speak during the Open Day presenting the programme. Further proof that this partnership supports students and their success.
