And Ericka Assengue, President since the beginning of this year.

In this article, she answers our questions.

What are your missions within the association?

My role within the association is to define a clear and ambitious vision for the upcoming mandate, and then to ensure, throughout its duration, that all actions taken are fully consistent with this vision. This will notably involve interacting with various external stakeholders — prospects, clients, and partners — to develop and consolidate the association’s relationships with the professional world. I will also be responsible for actively prospecting and promoting our service offerings, highlighting the richness and diversity of talents within the ISMIN program, and more broadly, the potential of our Junior Enterprise. . “

What were your motivations for applying as president?

Above all, I wanted to contribute to the School and fulfill a deep desire to create value, even to create businesses. The most relevant way I identified to achieve this was to take the reins of JMP, in order to reveal the talents trained at ISMIN to the world and to highlight the skills resulting from this program.

We congratulate Ericka on her new position. The handover ceremony will take place at Château Laurin on March 14.
