As part of their preparation for Industrial Projects, 2nd-year ISMIN engineering students participated in an agile methods training day on September 28, led by the teaching team and the Esprit Agile association: an additional approach to project management.
First step: the “Product Box”
9 teams proposed a project for the city of the future by building a model, before promoting their idea and voting for the best project.
The winning team then led the other teams to develop its project using a Lego4scrum, “an agile device for teaching project management.”
The engineering students thus became familiar with this pedagogy delivered in partnership with Esprit agile: the association will also be present on the Georges Charpak Provence campus on December 6 for the organization of the Aix Marseille Agile Tour and its 250 participants.
This event on agility has been organized for 11 years in more than 30 countries http://at2018.agiletour.org/
