The 19th edition of the BRAFITEC Forum (BRAsil France Ingénieur TECHnologie) took place in Natal. Florence Granger (Director of International Development) attended this strategic meeting between Brazilian and French institutions. 200 people gathered for this programme, which promotes collaboration and exchanges for students and professors.
The internationalisation of higher education in engineering is a major priority at Mines Saint-Etienne. Florence Granger leads this collaboration with Brazil and reviews some key figures:
“Across the IMT, approximately 60 to 80 Brazilians join our schools each year, while 20 to 30 French students go to Brazil.”
This edition was rich in meetings and visits, notably to the CTEC laboratories of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte.
