More than 200 of us gathered on July 1st at the historic site of 158 Cours Fauriel for Staff Day.

On the programme: workshops and discussions to get to know each other better across departments and campuses. Whether having arrived that very day or having worked at Mines Saint-Etienne for several years, the spirit was one of meeting and sharing. Discussing best practices, exchanging perspectives, and discovering the wealth of the School’s projects, this day was an opportunity to strengthen our common culture and highlight everyone’s expertise.

More lighthearted activities were also offered: for some, a sophrology workshop on the lawn, a guided tour of the School, or board games. For the more competitive, karaoke, darts, and Mölkky. Organized by the Quality of Life at Work team, these workshops provided an opportunity to continue discussions in a more convivial atmosphere.
