Congratulations to Sarah Brugère’s team, a 3rd-year ICM student at Mines Saint-Etienne, who won 1st prize in the international Challenge organized by Vinci with their project “Undergreen”, an urban micro-anaerobic digestion station to valorize our bio-waste and produce energy.

For its 2nd edition, this challenge once again challenged students from around the world on the theme: “Imagine the construction world of tomorrow” through 3 representative areas:

  • The construction site and construction methods of tomorrow
  • Sustainable construction and resilience
  • The city on and under the city
