Research topics
Her research are part of the activities of the team dedicated to calcium-phosphate based bioceramics for bone tissue engineering application created in 2007 by Prof. Didier Bernache-Assollant and Dr. David Marchat. Her research interests are driven by the need of a new generation of implant to face the challenging clinical problem of large bone defect reconstruction. Her research activities are dedicated to the understanding of the sintering behaviour of (poly)-substituted calcium phosphate based bioceramics of complex shape in order to produce implant with controlled physico-chemical, architectural and biological properties. Her field of expertise are ceramic elaboration and associated thermal analysis. She is regularly reviewer for the Journal of the European Ceramic Society.
Teaching areas
Full associate researcher at Mines St Etienne School (MSE), she manages a training module (160h) on Personalized Medicine and Healthcare whose aim is to provide students the wherewithal to face the numerous challenges of the health and medicine systems of tomorrow.
Teaching areas: elaboration and physico-chemical characterization of ceramics, additive manufacturing technologies, thermodynamic, health care system environment
