Mr. Marc Mortureux, Vice President of the General Council for the Economy, Industry, Energy and Technologies since last April, visited Mines Saint-Etienne on Friday, July 4.

On this occasion, we also welcomed Mr. Philippe Laval, Deputy of the School Oversight Mission. Both visitors were able to discover the various departments and research centers of the School as well as La Rotonde.

In France, the General Council for the Economy supports the management of the Mines and Telecommunications schools under the supervision of the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery. This meeting highlighted the important role of Mines Saint-Etienne in addressing the societal and technological challenges of our century. It provided an opportunity for discussions on our commitment to education, research and innovation.
