Four ISMIN engineering students will participate in the 4L Trophy 2020, from February 20 to March 1, under the banner of the student association ‘Les Mines du Désert’. This project is part of a solidarity, humanitarian, and educational initiative.

Every year, several tons of school supplies, as well as eyeglasses and wheelchairs, are brought to the children of the Merzouga plain in southern Morocco.

In 2020, two ISMIN crews will embark on the adventure: Léandre Bonnefond and Bastien Choignard (No. 1165), Yassine Makhlouf and Paul Wegiel (No. 1174).
They have created a crowdfunding campaign to raise the necessary funds for their participation and their goal: to reach the finish line and the solidarity village located in the Moroccan desert.

The 4L Trophy is the largest sporting and solidarity event in Europe. Each year, it brings together nearly 1,200 crews driving exclusively in the iconic 4L. It is an orienteering rally emphasizing solidarity and eco-citizen commitment.
