The young engineer, a recent graduate of Mines Saint-Étienne, won two awards in the “apprenticeship” category.

This moment will remain etched in her memory.

Sarah Ruffier, a 2023 graduate of Mines Saint-Étienne in partnership with ISTP, won the First Prize for Best Apprenticeship and the Audience Choice Award from the Fondation Mines-Télécom 2024 for her innovative project.

Currently working at Technip Energies in Lyon, Sarah completed her work-study program at Groupe Atlantic, where she designed an intelligent presence detector for the brand’s premium radiator range.

Her success rewards her hard work, commitment, and the unwavering support of her mentors, Philippe Rolland and Didier Challaye.

Every year, the Fondation Mines-Télécom Awards recognize talent from the eight schools of the Institut Mines-Télécom and their partners at a national level.

Also noteworthy is the impressive performance of Mathieu Bonis, a graduate of the ISMIN program, who was a finalist in the best internship category.
