The startup specializing in personal safety is now one of the twelve innovative companies benefiting from the human and material resources of the Mines Saint-Étienne incubator.
Winner of the Up to Start by IMT competition, Safee joined TEAM in September 2023.
By designing an anti-aggression phone case equipped with an electronic system connected to an application, the young startup was named the winner of this competition, which aims to support promising entrepreneurial project leaders.
“This product is the result of my personal history in Marseille. I was assaulted several times when I was younger and had nothing at hand to alert my loved ones or request help in real-time. With this case and its integrated module, we now offer everyone an innovative protection device that combines five self-defense functionalities adapted to all situations. ” specifies Luc Nadier, founder of Safee.
Like all member structures of TEAM, Safee can rely on the scientific expertise of Mines Saint-Étienne laboratories, coaching from former incubated structures, access to a range of tools to accelerate its technological and business development, not to mention the valuable advice from engineering students and research professors.
Thanks to the TEAM incubator, we benefit from qualitative support. The Aix-Marseille-Provence Campus, specializing in microelectronics, helps us find concrete solutions to optimize our module by making it lighter, more compact, and more efficient. We are also delighted to be able to leverage its network to introduce our activity to potential partners or clients.

The case and its module are available for pre-order on the website at a price of 59.90 euros (incl. VAT).
The startup also plans to market its product in physical stores, both in France and abroad, in the near future.
