Under the auspices of Agora Industrie, two ICM students participated in the drafting of the White Paper “Human Revolution? A New Role for Men and Women in the Industry of the Future,” under the supervision of Sandrine Berger-Douce from the Fayol Institute.
This contribution to the White Paper, officially presented at the Global Industrie exhibition on March 27 in Paris, will be highlighted during a meeting at the School on April 27.

Victorine Poncelet and Arthur Moustrou, third-year engineering students, worked on the theme “Organization and Management in the Industry of the Future,” in connection with their ICM curriculum within the societal challenge “Levers and Management of Industrial Renewal.”

“Responsible Management” is one of the major themes at Mines Saint-Étienne.

To honor the institutions that contributed to this editorial project, Agora Industrie, an initiative of the Alliance Industrie du Futur, proposed the organization of a specific event primarily for students, but also for anyone interested in the subject of the Human element in the industry of the future.

This contribution will be showcased on Friday, April 27, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM during a round table discussion featuring several guests at Espace Fauriel, including:

  • Jean-Michel Pou, AIF (Alliance Industrie du Futur) ambassador for the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region
  • Laurent Carraro, consultant for Agora Industrie
  • Clémence Roldan, Quality, Safety, and Sustainable Development Manager at Usines Desautel
  • Philippe De Oliveira, UIMM Loire, Director of Perspectives Conseil
  • Bertrand Lajugie, President of the SEEB Industries group and member of the CJD Roanne

The discussion will focus on the challenges and perspectives of various stakeholders, particularly the SMEs represented; the round table will be moderated by Christine Berton from La Rotonde.
