The school’s students discovered the StratiRAC business game during an event organized on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
This session was led by faculty researchers Sophie Peillon, Nadine Dubruc, Michelle Mongo, and Julien De Benedittis from the MRI (Responsible Management and Innovation) department of the Henri Fayol Institute.
StratiRAC is a management simulator that emphasizes operational management and focuses on cooperation within a group. In this realistic simulation, teams are organized into a management committee (CODIR), and each member assumes their own functions (CEO, HRD, etc.).
The exercise allowed participants to playfully familiarize themselves with the cross-functional nature of business operations and make strategic, marketing, production, HR, and financial decisions.
