It will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 9 AM to 8 PM, at the Hôtel de Région.

Organized by the Lyon-Saint-Étienne College of Engineering, of which Mines Saint-Étienne is a member, the event will bring together faculty members and researchers, experts, and influential stakeholders from the political and economic sectors.

Conferences and round tables will provide opportunities for discussion and sharing on topics such as:

  • Circularity : reducing, reusing, and recycling material, water, and energy flows within a territory by pooling resource management
  • Functionality : increasing the robustness and longevity of a good by focusing on its uses
  • Sustainable and low-tech innovation: relying on durability and sobriety to envision new solutions
  • Artificial Intelligence: leveraging the benefits of AI responsibly
  • What is the role of engineering in the fight against climate change and the adaptation of systems?

We look forward to welcoming many of you to this event open to the general public.
