This distinction awarded by Campus France for a five-year period confirms the excellent quality of the reception of international students at our school.

Mines Saint-Étienne has just renewed and even reached the highest level of this national label.

A well-deserved recognition in view of the efforts made by our various departments, particularly international services, our faculty members, and staff to provide the best reception conditions for our new international recruits on our campuses.

The “Bienvenue en France” Label was created to encourage best practices within higher education institutions and guarantee optimal reception conditions for students from abroad. Its objective is to attest to the quality of the systems put in place, to support students, and more broadly to promote French higher education.

It recognizes institutions that develop and promote reception services according to a framework of 6 fields of application and 28 indicators.

The “Bienvenue en France” Label 2023-2028 includes an additional field on sustainable development and indicators identified during the first professional day of the Label (Paris, Inalco, 06/16/2023).

At the conclusion of the 15th labeling committee that took place on March 13, 2024, 3 new institutions were recognized and 8 institutions had their labeling renewed.

In total, 154 institutions have obtained the “Bienvenue en France” label.
