Johan Debayle is a professor and researcher at the SPIN research center (Centre for Chemical Engineering) at Mines Saint-Etienne. Last August, he was elected to the grade of Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) is one of the largest engineering institutions in the world, with more than 168,000 members in 150 countries.
The title of “IET Fellow” is awarded to individuals who have sustained a high level of achievement, for example through leadership, influence, senior responsibility, innovation, and professional service.
