The School recently established a partnership with the company Les Coursiers Stéphanois, a cooperative of independent bicycle couriers. Objective: to deliver the school’s internal mail by bike.
Mail shuttles

Since the end of September, bicycles have been circulating between the various Saint-Etienne campuses to transport internal mail. Organized by the company Les Coursiers Stéphanois, these deliveries are intended to replace trips previously made by car by School staff. A partnership has therefore been established for 10 trial deliveries.
Specifically, these shuttles are currently carried out by the Heritage and General Resources department: twice a week for the Centre for Biomedical and Healthcare Engineering located at the Saint-Etienne University Hospital and daily for the Henri Fayol Institute located at Espace Fauriel. Often, a technical service staff member performs the “mail” shuttle at the same time as a technical intervention. However, sometimes no technical work is required on site. In such cases, a car travels exclusively for mail within Saint-Etienne. The partnership with Coursiers Stéphanois aims to eliminate trips solely for mail.
