The traditional integration weekend for students in the ICM and ISMIN programs took place from September 7 to 10 at various sites. Nearly 250 students got to know each other during these days combining conviviality, sharing, and sports.

ICM students began as early as Wednesday afternoon with recreational activities organized at the Maison des Élèves in Saint-Étienne. They dedicated Thursday to assisting associations and visiting elderly people in retirement homes. The new recruits then headed for higher ground, reaching the Pilat Regional Natural Park where they hiked the stony paths of Le Bessat, tested the Planfoy Via Ferrata (a climbing route on equipped rock faces), and paddled down the Loire River by canoe.

Their counterparts from Provence started with a hike toward the Glacier Blanc, in the heart of the Écrins National Park, before continuing their weekend in a more acrobatic fashion with a climbing course and ziplining. The third day was entirely dedicated to a social good deed, which involved cleaning the canals that supply the entire irrigation network managed by the Asa de Vallouise. A canoraft descent on the rough waters of the Durance River concluded these few days rich in emotion.
