First-year students in the ICM and ISMIN programs began their studies just a few days apart on the two Mines Saint-Étienne campuses.
The new academic year has begun for the latest recruits of the ICM (Civil Engineer of Mines) and ISMIN (Microelectronics and Computer Systems Engineering) programs at Mines Saint-Étienne.
On the Aix-Marseille-Provence Campus, on Thursday, August 29, 83 new students were the first to be welcomed by the school’s director, David Delafosse, the teaching staff, and second-year students in uniform.

In Saint-Étienne, the new class waited until Tuesday, September 3, to enter the gates of the school’s historic site.
Jacques Fayolle, Director of Mines Saint-Étienne, and the pedagogical teams were present to welcome them and answer their questions.
This class is composed of 149 students, including 26 following the FUSION curriculum.
