It took place in person and via video conference on Friday, February 14.

The theme of this conference was: “Seeking Meaning in Work: What’s the Point?”

Éric Boël, President of Tissages de Charlieu, and Nicolas Rouffet, Industrial Director at Duralex, each took turns speaking to share their personal experiences with the students present for the occasion.

Both men emphasized the crucial role of collective effort, the need for companies to adapt in a crisis situation, and finally, the necessity of finding one’s rightful place within an organization.

Organized as part of the PRICE programme, in collaboration with the European CoDEMO project, this conference marked the first highlight of PRICE 2024-25.
