The activities of the department are organized within the 660m2-area ‘MicroPackS’ technological platform in a clean room comprised of a 220m² 1000-class and 400m² 10000-class. The department members have full access to this fully equiped clean room: photolithography, multiple printing capabilities for electroactive materials, evaporators, various characterization (AFM, profilometers, SEM, spectrophotometer, ellipsometer …)
We also have acces to our brand new IdFab facilities for fabrication of smart objects and IoTs.
Finally, we have a dedicated laboratory for:
- Combined mechanical / electrical for characterization of soft devices
- Complete characterization of batteries
- Optical bench
- High speed motor for characterization of nanogenerator triboelectic
