Nadine Dubruc gra­dua­ted from the University of Lyon with a Master’s Degree in Psychology, spe­cia­li­zed in Work Psychology, and a PhD in Social Psychology. She is an Associate Professor at the Henri Fayol Institute of the “École des Mines de Saint‐​Étienne” (France), and mem­ber of Coactis (EA 4161), research centre in mana­ge­ment at Lyon 2 and Saint‐​Étienne Universities. Her research focuses on core areas of work psy­cho­lo­gy and rela­ted areas, inclu­ding trai­ning and lear­ning, team wor­king, know­ledge cap­ture, new forms of work orga­ni­za­tion and human resource management.

Being very know­led­geable in Organisational Development and Social Economy, she has publi­shed in 2017 the article « The Stakeholders : A Key Player for Lebanese SMEs in Difficult Times » in the Journal of Business and Management (JBM), publi­shed by the International Organization of Scientific Research, as well as in 2016 the “Qui sont les entre­pre­neurs sociaux dans l’ESS ?” in the Revue de l’Entrepreneuriat.

Throughout her career, she has led dif­ferent research pro­jects with com­pa­nies based on action research and is the cor­res­pondent for Mines Saint‐​Etienne exchanges with Lebanese University.
