Julien De Benedittis defended his Ph.D. dissertation in Grenoble in 2016. His research focus on inter‐organizational relationships within clusters, and more specifically on the transition in‐between temporary organizations, ie how the partners from a collaborative project manage to capitalize on the knowledge generated within the project and build a new collaborative R&D project. Since his arrival at Mines Saint‐Etienne, Julien De Benedittis got involved in research centred on another type of transition : the digital transition of SMEs. The Innovation Management Department at Mines Saint‐Etienne aspires to highlight the opportunities and obstacles SMEs’ CEOs associate with this digital transition.
Julien De Benedittis is part of a national research project funded by the ANR (ANR ACIC) within which he wrote several conference papers as well as an article that is currently under review in a scientific journal with colleagues from Grenoble University. The paper presents a new research method based on a serious game.
