François JAUJARD is since 2006 in charge of research in Management Sciences at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Saint Etienne. PHD in Management Sciences and gra­dua­ted from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, he has held Human Resources res­pon­si­bi­li­ties for near­ly 20 years, suc­ces­si­ve­ly at Alcan (Pechiney Rhenalu), Alsthom and STMicroelectronics. He has contri­bu­ted to many pro­jects of orga­ni­za­tio­nal change : deve­lop­ment of auto­no­my and qua­li­fi­ca­tion by set­ting up manu­fac­tu­ring islands, construc­tion of grids mar­king func­tions accor­ding to their qua­li­fi­ca­tion and trai­ning device qua­li­fying at the work­place. Several research inter­ven­tions in sup­port of the change were car­ried out under its impulse : pilot mis­sion in France for the imple­men­ta­tion of a metho­do­lo­gy of recruit­ment by simu­la­tion, stu­dy on the evo­lu­tion of the pro­fes­sio­nal iden­ti­ty of a popu­la­tion of ope­ra­tors of semi­con­duc­tor manu­fac­tu­ring and trans­fer of 350 people bet­ween two manu­fac­tu­ring units. Each inter­ven­tion allo­wed to deve­lop a metho­do­lo­gy of co‐​construction of inno­va­tive and spe­ci­fic solutions
