PHD in Management Sciences and graduated from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, he has held Human Resources responsibilities for nearly 20 years, successively at Alcan (Pechiney Rhenalu), Alsthom and STMicroelectronics. He has contributed to many projects of organizational change : development of autonomy and qualification by setting up manufacturing islands, construction of grids marking functions according to their qualification and training device qualifying at the workplace. Several research interventions in support of the change were carried out under its impulse : pilot mission in France for the implementation of a methodology of recruitment by simulation, study on the evolution of the professional identity of a population of operators of semiconductor manufacturing and transfer of 350 people between two manufacturing units. Each intervention allowed to develop a methodology of co‐construction of innovative and specific solutions
