    My research acti­vi­ty consists in deve­lo­ping an ori­gi­nal inter­dis­ci­pli­na­ry exper­tise bet­ween orga­nic and inor­ga­nic che­mis­try. This research is dedi­ca­ted to the deve­lop­ment of metho­do­lo­gies and theo­ries in order to improve the know­ledge in the field of inter­ac­tions bet­ween orga­nic and inor­ga­nic mate­rials. More spe­cial­ly, I stu­dy the inter­ac­tions bet­ween hydrau­lic bin­ders and orga­nic admix­tures, bio‐​based aggre­gates or micro‐​organisms. In the field of admixture/​binder inter­ac­tions, the main objec­tive is to cor­re­late the che­mi­cal struc­ture of an admix­ture with the modi­fi­ca­tion of the bin­der pro­per­ties, such as hydra­tion pro­cess, rheo­lo­gy, water reten­tion… More recent­ly, I focus my researches on alter­na­tive bin­ders and low car­bon foot­print binders.
    In the field of micro‐​organisms/​binder inter­ac­tion, the objec­tive is to unders­tand how and why micro‐​organisms are able to deve­lop on cemen­ti­tious mate­rials and how is it pos­sible to limit their growth.
