Unlike a traditional student residence, the Student House is managed directly by the School. A team of 3 people is on-site to:
- welcome you and facilitate your move-in;
- ensure the proper functioning of equipment;
- maintain the safety and friendliness of the residence.
🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance
We place great importance on your living environment:

Cleaned daily to ensure perfect hygiene. - Hallways
Maintained twice a week. - Your accommodation
Upon request, a complete cleaning of your studio is performed approximately every 6 weeks.
🛡️ Security & Peace of Mind

In addition to the team’s presence during the day, a security company performs 2 nightly rounds each night to ensure your peace of mind. - Secure access
The parking lot and buildings are protected and reserved for residents.
