🛌 The Single Studio (152 units)
Surface area: 18 m² | Ideal for independence
An optimized space where every square meter is useful. All you have to do is unpack your bags!

A comfortable bed with base and mattress (90×190 cm). - Workspace
A large desk with storage, chair, and shelves for your books. - Storage
A large built-in storage closet. - Equipped kitchenette
Induction hobs, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. - Private bathroom
Shower, sink, and toilet.
The little extra: household linen (sheets and towels) is provided and changed regularly by us.
♿ The T1 Bis: Accessibility & Room-sharing (5 units)
Surface area: 36 m² | More space, more sharing
These larger units are designed to meet specific needs:
- PRM Priority
Apartments featuring wide circulation areas and an ergonomic bathroom are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, who have priority for renting them. - Amenities
Same features as the studio (kitchen, desk, closet) with double the living volume. - Room-sharing option
A separate bedroom and the possibility to arrange the space with 2 single beds to share your daily life with someone else.
