Ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes influencent les compositions locales (supersaturation) et donc la granulom\u00e9trie des solides obtenus<\/li>\n<li> La mod\u00e9lisation de la cristallisation en r\u00e9acteur agit\u00e9 et en \u00e9coulement, avec le couplage entre la cin\u00e9tique, les transferts d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et de masse et la m\u00e9canique des fluides<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces connaissances sont appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cipitation d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces min\u00e9rales, \u00e0 la dissolution-recristallisation de solides ainsi qu&rsquo;aux hydrates de gaz, avec des applications telles que la climatisation, la capture de CO2, le traitement des eaux et le flow assurance dans le transport de p\u00e9trole off-shore<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"45%\"><a><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mines-stetienne.fr\/spin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2019\/02\/CrystallizationExperimentalFacilities2.jpg\" \/> <\/a><\/td>\n<td width=\"10%\"><\/td>\n<td width=\"45%\"><a><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mines-stetienne.fr\/spin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2019\/02\/CrystallizationModeling.jpg\" \/> <\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"center\" width=\"45%\"><a>Outils exp\u00e9rimentaux<\/a><\/td>\n<td width=\"10%\"><\/td>\n<td align=\"center\" width=\"45%\"><a>Mod\u00e8les<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Outils exp\u00e9rimentaux (r\u00e9acteurs et instruments)<\/h3>\n<p>Nous op\u00e9rons des r\u00e9acteurs de cristallisation multi-instrument\u00e9s, de quelques litres au pilote semi-industriel. Ces \u00e9tudes sont assur\u00e9es par une \u00e9quipe de conception, d\u00e9veloppement et fabrication de prototypes instrument\u00e9s, ainsi que par un atelier m\u00e9canique. Les instruments permettent de suivre les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes en ligne : deux microscopes, une sonde FBRM, deux chromatographes gaz, une cam\u00e9ra rapide, un microscope Raman et une sonde ATR-IR.<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"100%\"><a><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mines-stetienne.fr\/spin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2019\/02\/CrystallizationExperimentalFacilities.jpg\" \/> <\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nDe gauche \u00e0 droite, les images ci-dessus montre nos \u00e9quipements : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Colonne \u00e0 bulles (50 L) pour la capture du CO2 (5 atm, 12\u00b0C) par formation d&rsquo;hydrates de gaz <\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9acteurs de 1 \u00e0 6 litres, \u00e0 faible et haute pressions, pour \u00e9tudier la thermodynamique et la cin\u00e9tique de cristallisation. Les r\u00e9acteurs haute pression sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de sondes Raman et de chromatographes en ligne. Les r\u00e9acteurs \u00e0 pression atmosph\u00e9rique sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de sondes de conductivit\u00e9, d&rsquo;ATR-IR et d&rsquo;endoscope microscopiques<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e8me de climatisation bas\u00e9 sur des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 changement de phase : conception et fabrication maison, stockage de froid (Patm, 12\u00b0C) avec deux tonnes d&rsquo;une solution de tetra-butyl-ammonium-bromide (TBAB) pour une surface de 600 m2<\/li>\n<li>boucle de circulation pour simuler le transport de p\u00e9trole depuis un puits off-shore et une plate-forme (80 atm, 4\u00b0C, 5 m de long, 12 m de haut) \u00e9quip\u00e9 avec des sondes FBRM, PVM, \u00e9mission acoustique, permittivit\u00e9, d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tres, densim\u00e8tre et pression diff\u00e9rentielle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Mod\u00e8les<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude de la cristallisation d\u00e9bute par un travail exp\u00e9rimental permettant de d\u00e9terminer la topologie et la cin\u00e9tique (germination, croissance, agglom\u00e9ration, fragmentation) en fonction des param\u00e8tres op\u00e9ratoires. La mod\u00e9lisation se base sur les bilans thermodynamiques et chimiques, ainsi que les transferts de masse, \u00e9nergie et quantit\u00e9 de mouvement.
