{"id":576,"date":"2022-02-03T14:26:26","date_gmt":"2022-02-03T13:26:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mines-stetienne.fr\/spin-fr\/?page_id=576"},"modified":"2022-02-03T14:26:27","modified_gmt":"2022-02-03T13:26:27","slug":"plateforme-powdersandgrain","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.mines-stetienne.fr\/spin-fr\/ressources\/transfert-de-technologies\/plateforme-powdersandgrain\/","title":{"rendered":"Plateforme PowdersAndGrain"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La plateforme <strong>PowdersAndGrains<\/strong> est compos\u00e9e d\u2019un e<strong>nsemble d\u2019instruments de caract\u00e9risation et de pilotes instrument\u00e9s permettant de synth\u00e9tiser, transporter et transformer la mati\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de solide divis\u00e9<\/strong> (poudres et grains).<\/p>\n<p>A titre d\u2019exemple, les \u00e9quipements de cette plateforme et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l\u2019Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne, permettent de <strong>synth\u00e9tiser des poudres<\/strong> par voie s\u00e8che (Traitement thermique, Broyage) et par voie liquide (cristallisation-pr\u00e9cipitation, Cristallisation, Transport de suspensions, Atomisation, Filtration, S\u00e9chage), de<strong> faire de la logistique<\/strong> (Transport pneumatique ou en suspension, stockage), de la formulation (Granulation, M\u00e9lange), de la<strong> mise en forme<\/strong> (Compaction, Frittage, Fusion Laser, Hydratation, \u2026) et de la<strong> conversion thermochimique<\/strong> (R\u00e9action solide-gaz).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Four tournant<\/strong> : pr\u00e9sente l\u2019avantage de contr\u00f4ler \u00e0 la fois la temp\u00e9rature et la pression partielle des gaz dans l\u2019environnement de la poudre, tout en permettant un m\u00e9lange continu et r\u00e9gulier de celle-ci. Le contact solide-gaz est ainsi optimis\u00e9, conduisant \u00e0 un produit homog\u00e8ne, avec des dur\u00e9es de traitement r\u00e9duites et un taux de production augment\u00e9. Lors de la production, la transformation ou le transport de poudres, celles-ci peuvent subir des r\u00e9actions solide-gaz, qui sont souhait\u00e9es ou au contraire sont \u00e0 proscrire ou \u00e0 limiter. La compr\u00e9hension de ces r\u00e9actions est alors n\u00e9cessaire et la mod\u00e9lisation de leur cin\u00e9tique est un outil essentiel pour la mise en \u0153uvre et la maitrise des r\u00e9acteurs industriels.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ligne de transport pneumatique<\/strong> : ligne pilote de transport pneumatique et hydraulique. La ligne est con\u00e7ue pour reproduire tout le spectre des r\u00e9gimes de transport pour une large gamme de mat\u00e9riaux granulaires en contr\u00f4lant la perte de charge, le d\u00e9bit des phases fluide et solide, ainsi que la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de la conduite. La particularit\u00e9 de cette installation est le contr\u00f4le fin de l\u2019angle d\u2019inclinaison de la ligne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cristallisoir<\/strong> : produire des solides cristallins avec taille, forme et puret\u00e9s contr\u00f4l\u00e9es. Le cristallisoir est con\u00e7u pour reproduire les diff\u00e9rents types de cristallisation : par pr\u00e9cipitation, par \u00e9vaporation, par refroidissement, en continu ou continu. Il est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de mesures in situ de spectroscopie infra rouge, une cam\u00e9ra microscope, une sonde de granulom\u00e9trie et des sondes d\u2019\u00e9mission acoustique. Les donn\u00e9es acquises sur le cristallisoir sont utilis\u00e9es pour d\u00e9duire les cin\u00e9tiques de cristallisation coupl\u00e9s \u00e0 des bilans population mais aussi \u00e0 la m\u00e9canique des fluides du r\u00e9acteur.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Colonne \u00e0 bulles<\/strong> : r\u00e9active utilis\u00e9e pour la cristallisation de solides de granulom\u00e9trie contr\u00f4l\u00e9.
