Les ions sont fix\u00e9s s\u00e9lectivement \u00e0 la r\u00e9sine de la colonne chromatographique d&rsquo;o\u00f9 ils sont ensuite progressivement \u00e9limin\u00e9s en fonction de leur taille, de leur charge et de leur degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;hydratation.
