En s&rsquo;appuyant sur des connaissances approfondies dans le domaine de la physico-chimie des liants hydrauliques, calciques et c\u00e9ramiques ainsi que des biomat\u00e9riaux (bois, polysaccharides), nous explorons les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s rh\u00e9ologiques des ciments frais ainsi que les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d&rsquo;hydratation et de prise.
