{"id":20034,"date":"2019-11-20T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-11-20T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mines-stetienne.fr\/panoramines\/?p=20034"},"modified":"2019-11-26T14:49:41","modified_gmt":"2019-11-26T13:49:41","slug":"projets-anr-2019-en-materiaux-metalliques-et-inorganiques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mines-stetienne.fr\/panoramines\/2019\/11\/20\/projets-anr-2019-en-materiaux-metalliques-et-inorganiques\/","title":{"rendered":"Projets ANR 2019 en Mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques et inorganiques"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deux projets port\u00e9s ou coordonn\u00e9s par le centre SMS \/ Laboratoire Georges Friedel sont accept\u00e9s dans la th\u00e9matique Mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques et inorganiques et proc\u00e9d\u00e9s associ\u00e9s.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le Projet HERIA : Alliages \u00e0 haute entropie r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l&rsquo;irradiation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Projet de Recherche Collaborative \u2013 Entreprise (PRCE), il \u00e9valuera des alliages innovants de type \u00ab\u00a0HEA\u00a0\u00bb (high entropy alloys) pour des applications dans l&rsquo;industrie nucl\u00e9aire. <br>Le projet fait intervenir deux industriels (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Aperam (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aperam.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Aperam<\/a> et <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Framatome (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.framatome.com\/FR\/accueil-57\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Framatome<\/a>) et six partenaires acad\u00e9miques ou originaires des \u00ab\u00a0grands organismes\u00a0\u00bb de renomm\u00e9e internationale (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"centre SMS-Mines Saint-\u00c9tienne (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mines-stetienne.fr\/recherche\/5-centres-de-formation-et-de-recherche\/sciences-des-materiaux-et-des-structures\/\" target=\"_blank\">centre SMS-Mines Saint-\u00c9tienne<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"GPM Rouen (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/gpm.univ-rouen.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\">GPM Rouen<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"IMN Nantes (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnrs-imn.fr\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\">IMN Nantes<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"CSNSM Orsay (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.csnsm.in2p3.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\">CSNSM Orsay<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"CEA-DEN Saclay (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cea.fr\/Pages\/le-cea\/les-centres-cea\/paris-saclay.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">CEA-DEN Saclay<\/a> et <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"EDF Les Renardi\u00e8res (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.edf.fr\/NetworksLab\" target=\"_blank\">EDF Les Renardi\u00e8res<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le programme de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude est large<\/strong> : il commence par de la conception d&rsquo;alliages assist\u00e9e par de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle (IMN) et calcul atomistique des structures (CEA, EDF), en passant par la fabrication et caract\u00e9risation fine d&rsquo;alliages mod\u00e8les (SMS-Mines) et leur analyse en conditions d&rsquo;irradiation (GPM, CSNSM) \u2026 en allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de leur comportement en conditions proches de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 industrielle (Framatome).<br>Le projet est bas\u00e9 sur des d\u00e9veloppements d&rsquo;alliages novateurs r\u00e9alis\u00e9s r\u00e9cemment \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9cole (apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9marrage efficace de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0HEA\u00a0\u00bb en 2013 sous financement interne).<br>Dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une dotation de plus de 700 k\u20ac destin\u00e9e aux partenaires universitaires, ce projet permettra de r\u00e9aliser deux th\u00e8ses de doctorat (avec l&rsquo;implication de Mines Saint-\u00c9tienne) et de cr\u00e9er deux contrats post-doctoraux (GPM et CEA-DEN).<br> Contact : <strong><a href=\"m&#97;&#x69;&#x6c;t&#111;&#x3a;&#x66;r&#97;&#99;&#x7a;&#x6b;i&#101;&#x40;&#x65;m&#115;&#x65;&#x2e;f&#114;\">Anna Fraczkiewicz<\/a><\/strong>, coordinatrice, centre SMS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le projet CADHORS : Computer-Aided Design of Hydrogen-Resistant Superalloys<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne est connu pour \u00eatre un fragilisant puissant des m\u00e9taux et alliages, m\u00eame \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible dose. Il peut s&rsquo;immiscer dans la microstructure des mat\u00e9riaux, par exemple \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion des r\u00e9actions de corrosion qui peuvent se produire \u00e0 la surface des pi\u00e8ces. Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de \u00ab\u00a0fragilisation par l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne\u00a0\u00bb est connu depuis plus plus d&rsquo;un si\u00e8cle et a occasionn\u00e9 quelques accidents industriels spectaculaires. Pourtant, il n&rsquo;existe pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle de solution universelle contre ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projet de Recherche Collaborative, le projet CADOHRS vise \u00e0 concevoir de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne. Il d\u00e9marrera par une \u00e9tape de \u00ab\u00a0conception computationnelle\u00a0\u00bb visant \u00e0 imaginer des mat\u00e9riaux optimis\u00e9s.
