Ce projet collaboratif impliquera non seulement le laboratoire Georges Friedel, mais aussi <a href=\"https:\/\/mateis.insa-lyon.fr\/\">MATEIS<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/pimm.artsetmetiers.fr\/\">PIMM<\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cea.fr\/\">CEA<\/a>. Voici le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>La fabrication additive par fusion laser sur lit de poudre (LPBF) prend une importance croissante dans les secteurs de l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique et de l\u2019automobile pour la fabrication de pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques complexes. Bien que les alliages d&#8217;aluminium pr\u00e9sentent une haute r\u00e9sistance sp\u00e9cifique, certaines nuances restent tr\u00e8s sensibles \u00e0 la fissuration \u00e0 chaud et posent des d\u00e9fis pour la fabrication par LPBF. Le projet &#8220;Design of Aluminum Lightweight Alloys and In-situ monitoring of Laser Additive MAnufacturing&#8221; (DALAILAMA) vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un alliage d&#8217;aluminium optimis\u00e9 pour le LPBF afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces probl\u00e8mes. Il poursuit trois objectifs principaux : r\u00e9duire la fissuration, obtenir une microstructure homog\u00e8ne et \u00e9quilibrer la r\u00e9sistance et la ductilit\u00e9. Un nouvel alliage sera con\u00e7u pour minimiser le risque de fissuration, avec une microstructure homog\u00e8ne et contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, permettant un \u00e9quilibre optimal entre r\u00e9sistance et ductilit\u00e9. Des essais de fabrication LPBF instrument\u00e9s avec des alliages mod\u00e8les permettront d&#8217;\u00e9valuer la stabilit\u00e9 du bain fondu et le taux d&#8217;\u00e9missions de projections.
