Elle permet de d\u00e9terminer la nature chimique, voire la structure des mat\u00e9riaux en s\u2019int\u00e9ressant aux liaisons chimiques intermol\u00e9culaires. Des mesures qualitatives ou semi-quantitatives peuvent \u00eatre conduites de mani\u00e8re ex-situ (via une sonde optique non intrusive ou une connexion au microscope) ou in-situ (via une sonde \u00e0
