On visualise ensuite les d\u00e9fauts (pores, fissures) et les h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019objet analys\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La diffraction des rayons X<\/strong> sur poudres ou sur \u00e9chantillons massifs renseigne sur l\u2019\u00e9tat cristallin du mat\u00e9riau. L\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des mesures, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de logiciels (DIFFRAC EVA, TOPAS, HighScore\u2026) et de bases de donn\u00e9es (PDF-4+ de ICDD, COD), permet de d\u00e9terminer les phases pr\u00e9sentes, leurs textures et les contraintes r\u00e9siduelles.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221;][vc_column css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221;
